The warranty for each product depends on the company’s discretion and is beyond the normal warranty conditions for products sold. Details of the conditions are on the receipt and the Clearance Sale product warranty sticker. |
| 3. | The information displayed on this product warranty period search system page is for preliminary verification only. The warranty consideration will be based on the conditions of the company and the vendor, as the case may be, which are final. |
| 4. | The product warranty is only an after-sales service of the company. The products under warranty must be products purchased from the company or products sold by the company or distributors appointed by the company only. The company reserves the right to change the warranty conditions immediately without prior notice. |
| 5. | Limited Life Time Warranty or Life Time Warranty of the product is a warranty for the product that may be caused by defects in manufacturing or parts under normal usage conditions, which will be guaranteed throughout the period that this product model is still in the production line and on the market. When there is an official announcement of End of Life (EOL) production cessation from the manufacturer, the warranty will be continued for another 1 year from the date of announcement, but the total warranty period is at least 3 years from the date of purchase. |

Recommendations for checking product warranties of Power Gear Bangladesh Ltd.
- 1. There are 2 types of information that can be used to check product warranty:
- 1.1 The product serial number from the factory is attached to the product. It is usually a label sticker, letters or numbers printed after the words S/N, SN, Serial, Serial Number.
- 2.1 The product serial number code that Power Gear Bangladesh Ltd. has created and attached to the product itself. It is a barcode sticker with 2 rows of numbers, where the top row is the Product Code and the bottom row is the Serial Number.
- 2. The position of the Serial Number of the product from the factory will appear in the position as shown in the picture.
- 3. The position of the Serial Number of the product produced by the company will appear in the position as shown in the picture.
